IMPORTANT to know::: 

1. We do not accept return when it comes to size doesn't fit you as our measurements are clearly stated in the product description. 

Product

The actual product's colour may have slighly differ from the photo display in our website due to differences on monitor resolution, lighting, photography effects. 

All the products may have a descrepancy of 1-3 cm for measurements. 

For these cases, we don't recognise the item as defect item.


FAULTY ITEMS 

  • Product has stains on it 
  • Received wrong products / wrong size

If you have received a faulty item please direct contact us on Sundate Instagram @sundate_my and please provide us supporting images. Items which are incorrect or defect must be returned within 5 working days. from the day when parcel tracking status shown ' Delivered / Received'.

Item must be returned in their original condition [tags attached, unwashed and unworn]

HOW TO RETURN??

If you met all the requirements above, please contact us on Sundate Instagram @sundate_my and we will respond to you in 24 hours.

Once we have checked & confirm the product, customer will receive their refund within 3 working days after the confirmation and will be notified respectively.

PROMOTION /SALE ITEMS

All sale item(s) will not be accepted for returns or exchange. No exception for sizing, fit and unsatisfied fabric expectation. Please select your item carefully.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Once order has been placed and payment has been processed, no cancellations and refund can be made. If you would like to change size, please contact us through Instagram direct message within 12 hours. AFTER 12 HOURS, we will not accept any changing request.


SHIPPING 

Shipping Fee will be borne by Sundate for items which are incorrect or has defect.
